This is a complimentary match making service for buyers and sellers in Rocketts Landing. Registering your home does not establish legal representation. Representation will not be established until the appropriate disclosures and agreements are signed by the broker and the customer. Services may include: Standard and Limited Agency, Independent Contractor. Representation may include: Unrepresented, Buyer Broker Agreement, Dual and Designated Agency, Office Exclusive Listing and Full Service Listing Agreement.
Registering as a seller does not guarantee a match nor does it guarantee your home will be sold via this service. Registering as a seller does not place your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). ICON Realty will not market your home for sale without an executed listing agreement. You will be contacted to discuss listing options and costs or only when a match is made. All sellers must comply with State and Federal Fair Housing Guidelines.
Registering as a buyer does not guarantee a match nor that your offer will be accepted by a prospective seller. All buyers must provide verification of financing qualifications and/or cash verifications.
Unless otherwise negotiated, compensation will be paid by the seller at settlement. Compensation Agreements will be signed upon registration.
